I was able to snap some pics of the male very easily. I wanted to first reshow a pic I post a week ago of the same male. Last week: Today!: enjoy!

Removal of the other 9 melanurus. This male and two females were displaying tell-tale prespawn signs. So I removed the rest of the group in hopes Id get some activity.

They are only a little over a year old so Im not expecting any fry but.. its a good start.
