First photo is two females based on the blue color on the chin and the minimal body color. Fins are rather rounded, which isn't necessarily an indicator of sex, but with the other characteristics would certainly add to the ID.
Second photo is a young Electric Blue Jack Dempsey, a color form with a history of being fairly sensitive until they get about 3 inches. EBJD tend to be more male than female, but your little fish is still too young to say.
