Alas, I'm in a somewhat of a wasteland of C.A.R.E.S. interested people but would love at some point to exchange with someone. Have just 3 species currently that are now mature and starting to spawn though do keep a several other species of cichlids.

Hap, sp44 red fins
Hap. sp Ruby Green
Xystichromis phytophagus

Is this box swap over and done with, still in the works, abandoned?
Seems like a great concept, the Germany swap sounded great for those that were involved.
As previously offered, I am interested in participating if this is a reality. Seems a shame to resort to AquaBid for C.A.R.E.S. species: selling to unknowns. I've done two species-for-species swaps (thanks to Henry and Cory), both contacts were initiated via AquaBid listings.
If you are interested but shy, PM me

I'm interested in keeping a species on the C.A.R.E.S. list. Any Victorians suitable for a planted 55g that is undergoing a makeover? Heck, I'm open to any cichlid that would appreciate my setup. Thanks.

If you really want some CARES fish, I have some Pundamilia nyererei (Makobe Island) fry that I would be willing to let go to a good home. I have way more than I need.

That's awesome (although I don't have any free tank space at the moment) - where are you located?

Also, folks - please remember to REGISTER YOUR CARES fish

Matt
