Would it be a good idea to organise the BOT meeting at the ACA before we all arrive?
By that I mean agree which day it is to be held so that we can organise what the board members can do on the other days.
Also, I think it may be a good idea to check out that the current level of paid membership fees covers the cost of BB publication and distribution. This way we will be showing financial prudence when the question pops up from the floor at the meeting.
As an aside, I am considering not standing for re-election as I feel that the contribution I have made - or not made - is not sufficient for the role. It is not a decision I want to make but believe that the ACA BOT may well benefit from having someone take a more hands on stance.
