I am hoping the best for you
Klaus, it is your fish's turn now to turn out some fry. Thanks to all for the kind words and
encouragement about this spawn. I had a single female that lost her fry last night shortly after
these pics were taken. It didn't take long for the other pair to get overwhelmed by the other
pair so I siphoned about 20-25 fry out of the tank to make sure I had some. I will now let nature
take its course and hope for the best.

All the parents ended up
eating the fry. But, I was able to siphon 19 of the little buggers out. They are growing out in a 5
gallon right now.

Just an update from the last
post. I still have about a dozen from the last posted batch of fry. Both pairs have spawned since
then and I have another bunch of at least 30 and they are preparing to go again. This group is such
a great joy to watch.
