Mike Pauers called Sat said I

had to see the way the tuba colored up. About 6 months ago he acquired a large, aggressive female,

and I had 3 males. I gave him the males, 2 are left. We were thinking she was getting ready to

breed the way she colored up. Sun he called back, found a pile of nearly free swimming wrigglers. I

took these with my phone cam Sat before I realized I should be looking for fry. She transends the

rinky dink camera and my lack of skill.

Shes probably about 10/11", the unseen males cowering in a corner

are a little smaller.

They arrived here in Milwaukee

a little over 2 years ago at a LFS. I got the males when they about 2". Mike received the

female when someone brought it in at about 6", I believe it was traded in because of its

aggression. The fish store owner wanted it out soon after, as it was torturing its fellow tank

mates. That LFS still carries a few. <!--quoteo(post=3679:date=Jan 22 2007, 01:50

Very cool fish Duane. It is

nice to see pics of fish that are uncommon in the hobby.
