Geophagus iporangensis pair guarding spawn

Here's a couple of pics of my Geophagus iporangensis pair guarding a clutch of newly laid eggs. They are substrate spawners and not mouthbrooders. Notice the color of the eggs - white. This is their normal coloration. They put the spawn down on a large piece of driftwood.
