had any homemade one's they recommend for Africans i.e. Haps, Fronts,Leleupi, and Superior-
Mandalawi's.?

haven't tried this on tilapia yet but it works really well on catfish fillets. Marinate
overnite in mustard (ziplock bag in 'fridge), roll in crushed cornflakes, bake at 375 until
meat flakes when tested. Time depends on thickness of the cut. Dan
