My store got a cichlid

in today that no one could identify. I believe it is S.A. It was raised in a school and was

appearently very aggressive. It is about 6 inches long. I apologize about the quality of the

pictures. I had to use my cell phone to take them. Out of the 13 pics I took, these were the best

4. If it helps, there is a light blue color to the edges of the scales in the yellow area. If any

one could identify it and give me some info on it, I would be very grateful.

It is. It was my mistake.

I posted this in numerous forums and a couple replied back that it was a bumblebee cichlid from

Lake Malawi.

Yes, common name is bumblebee.

Pseudotropheus crabro is the correct name.
