I thought I would share a

pic of my dominant male Longola. He has colored up nicely and breeding activity has finally

started in my tank. Hopefully I will have fry soon.

Interesting fish. How do

you keep your group, what do you feed them, how long have you had them?

Interesting is right.

Petrochromis have become my passion as of late. Quite a lot of personality. I currently have 18

Petros in a 150 gallon tank with a fair amount of rockwork. I try to have two seperate rockpiles

on each side of the tank and it appears to have worked well. Their diet consists of "veggie

deluxe" spirulina pellets from Dainichi. Care is very similiar to that of Tropheus. That

being said some of them are 10 inches long and not yet full grown so take that into account. I

submitted an article on them to the BB so keep an eye out for it in the future.

Feel

free to comment or question. Thanks.
