what disease is this?

head.
eventually explodes out of the fish's head through all the spots where HITH can

appear.
is white like a bacteria infection.
kills a fullsize adult fish within 3 days of

"exploding". (an adult fish dose not die easy)
do not know is bacterial meds work

cause it is too late by the time it is noticed.


any idea what that may be?

Sorry, not enough info for me to go on. I've never seen or heard

of the "exploding head."

Give me more info.

BTW, I've never

actually seen Hole-in-the Head. When I've probed fish looking for the 'worms" I've

never found any. Most people confuse Hole-in-the Head (HITH) with Lateral Line Erosion (LLE). Maybe

that's what you're describing. Dan
