I have a group of Mikula 2/m 5/f in a 125 and they are doing well. Do you know the ratio you have? The more females you have the better. I do 30 % water change every 2 weeks and feed NLS and some home made food. The set-up has a big cave for the alpha male and a few smaller ones for the other fish. If you keep up on your water change and feed a good staple with some patience you should see them breed. Hope this help :)

I have a group of Moba 2 males, 3 females, and a 120g and they are doing great. I put two large caves on each end of the tank, keep the temp around 74-76F, Ph is 8.5-9 I prefer to keep it on the higher side, and the Kh is 17-20.
I use crush coral as gravel and a few pieces of lyme rock in my sump to help maintain the high PH range that I desire. I do 50% water changes weekly, using strait tap water (I do add Prime) and I replenish the ph and KH range as needed using simple Seachem products that you could purchase from your LFS.
I feed, NLS, krill, crickets, superworms, earthworms, peas, shrimp, and some squid. I believe good water conditions and a large verity diet is the key to healthy/and great looking fish. I have notice that feeding the live/frozen food that I mention, sometimes gets the male going in to a "Breeding Mode". The first time one of your females hold they would only be holding a few fry, and after they figure out what they are doing they will start to hold more. Good luck and enjoy, a lot of people don't like Fronts but I think they a cool... have fun.
