Nice photos. Evidently I
need a wide screen monitor. I would have picked the orange red devil as Erythreaum and the red and
white as Citrinellum. Any idea of the difference? Dan

Great pics,
congratulations
Thanks. My error...the fish was
labled Lyonsi and not Trimac. That is correct.
Please post any photos of CA/SA
cichlids from the convention here. Any and all are appreciated.
Thanks,
Mo

It seems like
this year's convention was better than last's for Centrals (big ones too). From the picks
in the gallery there were some NICE centrals. The aquarium shots really made me regret not having
gone (Somebody pinch me! Was that a whale shark?) Also, did that guy show the islantum again?
I'd be curious to see how big it got. One more, and i'll shut up, that
"Freddy" looks mixed w/loiselli or perhaps a variation of loiselli.

Nandopsis haitiensis... Haitian cichlid or Black Nasty.
Awesome fish...and a reminder to donate some money to the people on that island...

I play a fish game on Facebook called Fishville. You can 'buy' a haitiensis for your tank to help the people of Haiti. I thought it was really neat they picked that fish for the cause.
