I use it for most of my fish.
They also get some frozen or live food at times. What do you feed?

Assorted flake, pellets,
live baby brine, microworms, vinegar eels, and some frozen (homemade and prepackaged).

I also use New Life. Start
my fry out on grow and use larger pellets as they grow. Seems to work really well and don't see
any reason to change.

I like New Life....but i
also like Dainichi! I feed BS and bloodworms often and have been using a pellet put out by
RedZebra Aquatics lately.

I do feed some NLS, but I
think it is really rich, so it is fed sparingly. I like to feed a variety of other foods, mostly
in a pellet form depeding on what it is being fed to. I also like to make homemade foods with
shrimp and peas.
I never ever feed frozen foods, especially brine shrimp. I only feed
freshly hatched baby brine.
I think hobbyists over feed their fish and when you over
feed with NLS it usually catches up with you in one way or another.

I feed NLS to my
cichlids. I tried Dainichi but it was very expensive and I saw no tangible differences in growth
or coloration. My plecs, on the other hand, eat much better than I.

I use NLS for most fish, and
am happy that NLS has replaced my need to feed live and frozen foods.
Treats consist of
either white worms or spirulina flake.
I also use many a "free sample" of
fish food. It's amazing how much you can 'collect' for free at the right fish shops and
club meetings!

I like to feed a variety of
different foods except to my Tropheus and Petrochromis. They get HBH spirulina flake exclusively.
The other fish get Mysis, Blood worms, Krill, finely chopped fresh shrimp meat, Earth worms, some
NLS and different type of flake foods.
This feeding regiment has worked best for me over
many years.
NLS, exclusively mostly, never
an issue with health or fat fish. I have been experimenting a bit with some other brands of multi
-purpose foods just to be able to comment on their claims. So far I've seen nothing that is
superior to NLS.
