The tasks associated with the position of Club Liaison are:
1. Establish a database of local clubs with contact persons from each of them.
2. Work with the ACA web-master to ensure that the local club data is posted online.
3. Maintain regular e-mail contact with the local clubs, supplying them with pertinent information concerning the ACA and responding to queries that the clubs may have regarding the ACA.
4. Ensure that the database is maintained with up to date information.
5. Encourage local clubs to supply information on cichlid-related events or activities that they are hosting. Supply that information to the other registered local clubs in a timely manner.
